So the outlook for the next 24 hours is....

Less Rain than the previous 24 hours!
Those of you who know me will be quite aware that I pretty much hate nothing more than been confined to staying at home, especially on a weekend.
However, as I sit here with the sun peering through the clouds directly upon my desk, it's finally a huge relief to see that it's looking, well better than the last couple of days. To be frank I can imagine a weekend locked in a Margate Guesthouse with a transvestite called Ken to be more comfortable than staying at home with nothing but a computer and the amazing concept known as British Reality TV whilst the rain pounds down against the window.

However, one thing has kept me going through this terrible weather. It's the fact that as the English Winter approaches and we are guaranteed grimmer Met office forecasts than what we have experienced this week, I should be able to escape the familiar surroundings most weekends and resort back to International travel as a painless remedy.
I mean, spending a wet Saturday afternoon in a Mediterranean town as to be a more attractive proposition than escaping from the rain into a shopping centre overcrowded with gangs of foul-mouthed kids, single mums squealing at their uncontrollable offspring and the aroma of fast food hanging in the air.

So as the weather is starting to look more welcoming, I shall end this post, switch the computer into Stand-by and try to make the best of a dreadfully quiet Sunday afternoon in 21st Century England.

The first post

Hello.
Firstly let me express my heartfelt condolences to you. I'm sure it's not your fault that you are so bored you had to come and read this.
I am also sorry that you have friends or family members that think so little of you that they have inflicted this page upon you!
Anyway, joking aside, I'd like to be the first to welcome you to my publishing plot.
I intend to update this "blog" (Hell, I really hate that word!) on a pretty frequent basis for the following reasons:
1) It will enable me to express my views to a world of bored souls.
2) I can ease away the tension of everything that annoys me by writing it here.
3) If I want to tell somebody what I have been victim to recently, I can just forward them to this page instead of repeating myself several thousand times.
and...
4) It may just be seen by somebody who wants to offer me money to write about what annoys me and my worldly opinions, although I doubt this will happen but if Jeremy Clarkson can charge me £6.99p for a book of his daily events and theories (which actually kept me occupied on two Trans-Atlantic flights) anything can happen!

So sit back, bookmark this page and await the first entry for a generous serving of bewildering commentary about everyday observations, biased opinions and political incorrectness beautifully combined and tastefully disguised by what could appear to be the complete opposite.
